Financial Controller – Dartford – Construction Business – £45,000 to £50,000 per annum – Potential to progress into Finicial Director
Our client are a Construction Business that are looking for an experienced and established Financial Controller to join their growing successful team based from their offices in Dartford.
This position will be to replace someone going on maternity leave, and due to the business growth and secured projects, the plan is that the person coming into this post will move into a new position as the Financial Director for the business with one direct report.
This role would suit an experienced Financial Controller, Senior Financial Controller, or a Financial Director looking to work outside London and help an SME grow.

Offices based on the Kent outskirts of Dartford
Duties for this position:
Ownership of all aspects of financial reporting including delivering month end
Review of journals, reconciliations and monthly management accounts with variance analysis
Assist in updating the appraisals on a monthly basis
Prepare and challenge the monthly profit forecast
Ownership of the weekly / monthly cashflow forecast
Responsible for the annual budget pack
Package on offer for a Financial Controller:
£45,000 to £50,000 per annum

Hours of 07:30 to 16:30 / 08:00 to 17:00
