Our client are a high-end Residential developer that are looking for an experienced and established Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team delivering projects across the South East.
Your first project will be a 2 and a half year scheme in Eastbourne, redeveloping a listed estate with some new build elements, and some refurbishment elements across the estate. The project is valued at £56m, with the sale value of houses on the development going up to £3m
This role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for great career prospects and development up the ladder, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a local landmark project
